The money
For UK company owners and insolvency practitioners who are not AI specialists. Below are figures and criteria taken from micro1’s own public pages, with a link to each source. Nothing here is a promise, a valuation, or advice.
We are an independent introducer. micro1 may pay us a commission. That fee is paid to us by micro1; we don’t charge you a fee for this introduction.
Each card quotes a figure micro1 has published. Follow the source link to read their wording in full.
$1B
Commitment to spend over the next 12 months acquiring and licensing enterprise operational data through micro1’s Company Data Partnerships programme (announced 9 October 2026).
$100K–$2M+
Published company compensation range for approved data packages. A range — not a valuation or a guarantee for any one business or estate.
30+
Employees (also described as 30+ full-time employees) among the company requirements micro1 publishes for these programmes.
On 9 October 2026, micro1 published that it is “announcing a commitment to spend $1 billion over the next 12 months acquiring and licensing enterprise operational data through our Company Data Partnerships program.” The same post says the initiative is financed “through capital provided by Citi and Hercules Capital.”
That is micro1’s statement about its own spending plan. It is not a fund earmarked for any particular UK company, and it is not a promise that any one introduction will lead to a deal.
On its data partnerships page, micro1 says the data needed to build the next generation of AI “can no longer be found on the public internet — it lives inside real companies.” It licenses data generated through everyday operations. In its $1B announcement, micro1 also describes using de-identified company data to build reinforcement learning environments that reflect real business operations.
In the same October 2026 announcement, micro1 writes that real operations involve incomplete information, competing priorities and exceptions that need judgment — and that training AI for that complexity needs environments that keep the context of how businesses work.
In short: public web text is not enough; they are looking for how real organisations get work done. That is their framing, not a claim about your particular records.
Exact wording varies slightly across micro1’s pages. What we can point to on their site today:
micro1 decides fit after its own review. Registering or talking to us does not mean a package will be approved.
On its company referral page, micro1 publishes company compensation of $100K–$2M+ for approved data packages (shown for both its Enterprise and Defunct Company Data Partnership tracks).
For insolvency practitioners, micro1’s Defunct Company Data Partnership is why we think a company’s operational records may be worth considering alongside the usual asset realisation work. Whether any particular records are suitable, and whether they can lawfully be licensed, is for the office holder and their advisers to decide.
That is a published range. It is not a valuation of your company or an estate, and it is not a guaranteed payout. What, if anything, is offered depends on micro1’s assessment of the data and whether both sides agree terms.
Other micro1 pages also show related figures (for example payment bands and “typically ranging from $150K to over $2M” on data partnerships). Treat those as micro1’s own published material and check the live page for the latest wording.
We are an independent introducer. We are not micro1, we do not decide who is accepted, and we do not negotiate the data package for you.
If an introduction leads to an agreement, micro1 may pay us a commission. That fee is paid to us by micro1; we don’t charge you a fee for this introduction. Where we introduce an insolvency practitioner about an estate, the same idea applies: we don’t charge the estate a fee for this introduction.

No. It is a published company compensation range on micro1’s company referral page for approved data packages. It is not a valuation of your business and not a guaranteed outcome for any one company or estate.

Enterprise / general programme language on micro1’s public pages describes established companies with 30+ employees (also written as 30+ full-time employees), mature operations and substantial historical operational data, with data primarily in English, prioritising the US and other Western markets including the UK. The Defunct Company Data Partnership card lists 30+ employees, “10+ Countries”, and English — DLI’s outward Defunct line uses 30+ full-time employees and primarily English-language data and points to the live page. micro1 decides who is accepted after its own review.
